Chef Rautureau is the owner of Rovers and Luc restaurants in the Madison Valley neighborhood in Seattle. He is a James Beard award winner, and is currenly on Bravo's Top Chef Masters in summer of 2012 (previously in 2010). Mad Valley Productions in partnership with Chef are producing commercials and webisodes.

In 2010, Rautureau opened Luc, a casual French-American café and bar named after his late father Luc Rautureau. Being primarily local, seasonal and sustainable, Luc's food is heavily influenced by the French comfort food Rautureau grew up eating on his parents' farm.
